1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

We only process data you provide voluntarily via the contact form or e-mail: your name, e-mail address and the content of your message. We use this data to:

• respond to your enquiry and handle correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the Controller's legitimate interest),
• take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, e.g. preparing a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to answer your enquiry.

3. Data recipients

Data may be entrusted to providers of technical services, solely to the extent necessary to run the website and handle correspondence:

• website hosting provider (Vercel Inc.),
• contact-form message delivery provider (Web3Forms),
• e-mail service provider.

Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area — in such cases data transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or a European Commission adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

4. Retention period

We keep correspondence data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and afterwards until potential claims become time-barred or until you raise an effective objection.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).

6. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use its own cookies, does not display ads and does not profile users. We use Google Fonts to display typefaces — as a result, the provider of that service (Google) may receive technical information about your device, such as your IP address.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated, e.g. when the scope of processing or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at skynappse.pl/en/privacy.
